Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include conducting individualized therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, addressing speech difficulties, and providing support to families. The role requires collaboration with other professionals within the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care and meet the developmental needs of children.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and understanding of Dysphagia treatment
• Expertise in addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in speech and language development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with children and their families
• Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech Therapy
• Professional certification or licensure as a Speech Therapist (if required)
• Experience in working with children with special needs is highly desirable
