Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist based in our Mumbai location. The Speech Therapist will work closely with children to evaluate and treat communication and speech disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, supporting children with speech, language, and swallowing challenges, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes. The therapist will also document progress and adapt interventions as needed to meet the unique needs of each child.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience in identifying and treating Communication Disorders and Dysphagia
• Ability to develop and execute tailored interventions for children with various needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Certification or licensure as a Speech Therapist or equivalent
• Background in child development or special education is an advantage
