Speech Therapist & Audiologist (MASLP / BASLP)

Conduct new case assessments and create individualized therapy plans

Maintain records and share relevant information with the multidisciplinary team

Develop protocols for assessment, treatment, and management, and assist in their implementation

Guide and train other staff members in speech therapy planning

Create and modify therapeutic resources and manuals

Participate in other activities as required, focusing on patient outcomes

Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results accurately

Plan and administer therapeutic exercises tailored to individual patients

Calibrate audiological equipment and maintain accurate reports and documentation
