Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy plans, conducting speech therapy sessions, and supporting children in improving speech articulation and communication abilities. The assistant will help assess and document progress, manage resources, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure children meet their developmental goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech, Speech Therapy, and Articulation techniques
- Understanding of Communication and Communication Disorders
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and families
- Diploma or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, or a related field
- Experience working with children or in a therapeutic setting is an advantage
- Commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for children's development
