We are seeking a skilled OT Technician to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in an operating room environment, and will be responsible for assisting the surgical team in delivering high-quality patient care and C-Arm handling is must
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room before and after surgical procedures
- Ensure that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and properly arranged
- Support the surgical team during procedures by providing necessary tools and materials
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs during surgery and report any changes to the surgical team
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment usage
- Assist in inventory management of surgical supplies and instruments
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a surgical setting or healthcare environment
- Certification in operating room technology or surgical technology is preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
