Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Daily responsibilities include creating therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care. Additionally, the Speech Language Pathologist will educate patients and families to support ongoing therapy and recovery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, with expertise in managing communication and language disorders
• Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia and related conditions
• Strong ability to work with patients with speech, language, and communication disorders to create tailored therapy plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing patient and family education
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (Master's preferred)
• Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology as required
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
