Job Description

Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary pediatric intervention clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities. The centre provides specialized services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC follows a holistic approach to help each child develop their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities. The team is committed to delivering exceptional therapy quality, encouraging active parent involvement, and maintaining a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children with special needs.
Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical standards. The role involves close collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, provide parent training, and contribute to individualized education plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, and support continuous improvement of therapy protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
  • Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech interventions for pediatric populations.
  • Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage Dysphagia in children where relevant.
  • Recognized degree or master's in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, with appropriate licensure/registration as required.
  • Experience working in pediatric or developmental settings, preferably in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong observational, diagnostic, and documentation skills, with attention to clinical detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with caregivers, teachers, and other therapists.
  • Commitment to inclusive, family-centered care and continuous professional development.
