Job Description

Company Description Hannah's Speech Therapeutic Centre is an interdisciplinary rehabilitation center founded in 2016 with a strong vision of inclusion. The team includes Speech Language Pathologists, Audiologists, Auditory Verbal Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Behavioral Therapists, and Special Educators. This collaborative environment allows for comprehensive, client-centered care across multiple disciplines. Professionals joining the center can expect to work in a supportive setting focused on improving communication, functional skills, and quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and documenting clinical progress. The role involves close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and active communication with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring regular participation in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment/intervention.
  • Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
  • Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia.
  • Recognized graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid professional registration/licensure as applicable.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
  • Strong counseling, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to inclusive, ethical practice and ongoing learning in the field of communication and swallowing disorders.
