Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a specialized pediatric intervention clinic dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The center offers multidisciplinary services, including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. With a focus on holistic development, OCDRC strives to nurture children's social, physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as those with swallowing challenges. Duties include creating individualized therapy plans, collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary professionals, guiding parents on effective home strategies, and documenting progress to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

• Experience in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related concerns
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
• Knowledge of Communication Disorders and the ability to develop tailored interventions
• Proficiency in treating Language Disorders through evidence-based methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certification and license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in relevant regions
• Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
