Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing speech therapy to children with diverse speech, language, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for speech and language disorders, addressing issues such as dysphagia, and working collaboratively with caregivers to implement therapeutic interventions. Regular progress monitoring and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Speech Therapy, including creating and implementing therapy plans that address a wide range of needs
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Experience in managing Language Disorders and providing tailored interventions for individual needs
  • Knowledge of assessing and treating Dysphagia in children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant licensure or certification
  • Previous experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is highly beneficial
