Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including challenges related to articulation, fluency, and voice. Responsibilities include planning and delivering individualized and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans and goals, and monitoring progress with clear documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other clinicians to support holistic developmental outcomes. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, parent education, and internal program development as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related difficulties.
- Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
- Knowledge and experience in evaluating and treating Dysphagia or related feeding/swallowing concerns (preferred).
- Recognized master's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology or equivalent, with appropriate professional registration or licensure as required.
- Experience in pediatric or developmental settings, such as clinics, hospitals, or schools, is highly desirable.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate clinical records, and use standardized assessment tools.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a collaborative, child- and family-centered approach.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and openness to evidence-based and innovative practices.
