Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in children. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute individualized therapy plans, the professional will guide both children and their families toward achieving developmental milestones. Regularly documenting progress and updating interventions to suit individual client needs is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy and Language Development
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing disorders, and creating individualized treatment plans
• Effective communication skills for interacting with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, with relevant certification
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disorders is an advantage
• Commitment to staying updated on modern therapeutic approaches and best practices in the field
