Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist located in Chennai. The Speech and Language Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, or communication disorders. The role involves creating personalized therapy plans, conducting regular therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The therapist will also work closely with patients and their families to provide education and support to improve communication efficacy and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treating communication and language disorders
- Experience working with patients experiencing Speech, Dysphagia, and Communication Disorders
- Knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies for Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Certification in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
- State licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with new techniques and research
