Role Description

  1. Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication difficulties.
  2. Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
  3. Provide speech therapy to improve communication, articulation, and language skills.
  4. Monitor and document client progress and update treatment goals regularly.
  5. Educate and guide parents on home programs and communication strategies.
  6. Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and other professionals.
  7. Maintain accurate reports, therapy notes, and professional documentation.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BSLP / MASLP) is mandatory.
  2. Valid professional registration or license (RCI registration preferred).
  3. Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  4. Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs.
  7. Basic documentation, reporting, and computer skills.
