We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust.Key Responsibilities:Entering requisitions into the VMS on behalf of the hiring managers.Liaising with suppliers when new requisitions are received and ensuring candidates are attached to the new requisitions.Processing extension requests, system onboarding, updating requisitions with any new information, system off boardingResponsible for cleaning VMS data, i.e. the supplier/candidate files in the VMS with the correct assignment informationMailbox management, liaising with suppliers who are in communication with the hiring managersCreate new supplier registration processThe candidates should have experience in VMS tools, ex: Fieldglass (creating job postings), talking to suppliers, and candidates, and guiding hiring managers as the MSP in the US and Canada. Helping hiring managers on the front-end process.Work Experience:2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service production setting requiredPrevious e xperience in staffing related industry preferredVNDLY experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google SuiteStrong Excel and Google software skillsStrong customer focus and customer service skillsExcellent organizational, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skillsAbility to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardizationPossess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvementsResults orientedAbility to work as a team or with minimal supervisionAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and managementDemonstrates critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilitiesIs this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
