At Dekanhaus Interiors, we don't just do interiors. We craft premium experiences. We're a boutique studio in the heart of Jubilee Hills, and we're looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is tired of the traditional 9-to-5 grind and wants to actually build something. We aren't looking for a cog in a machine. We're looking for a partner-in-design who lives for mood boards, breathes AutoCAD, and gets a rush from seeing a 3D render come to life on-site.

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Where the magic happens) 

Experience: 1– 1.5 Years (Enough to know the rules; brave enough to break them)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Design Storytelling: Work side-by with our seniors to turn meh spaces into wow projects using SketchUp and Enscape (or any software of your preference)

Client Connection: You're not hidden in a back room. You'll be talking to clients, pitching ideas, and ensuring their vision stays on track.

The Hustle: From managing vendor relationships and nailing down quotations to coordinating with contractors, you'll see the real side of design (not just the pretty pictures).

Site Adventures: You'll be out in the field, making sure what's on paper is exactly what's being built on the ground.

ARE YOU *The One*

The Toolkit: You're a wizard with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop. (Excel skills are a plus—because even artists need to track their budgets!)

The Experience: 1–1.5 years in the game. You've made a few mistakes, learned from them, and now you're ready to fly.

The Mindset: You have a figure-it-out attitude. Startups are fast, messy, and exciting. If you need a manual for every task, this might not be for you. If you love autonomy and creative freedom, welcome home.

The Talk: You can explain a design concept to a client and a technical detail to a contractor without breaking a sweat.
