Role Responsibilities:

• Support the annual strategic planning process across global regions, collaborating with regional and global leaders
• Conduct country, industry, and competitor analysis to support strategy formulation
• Drive execution processes for strategy across multiple regions, aligning local and global strategies
• Conduct deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses for growth opportunities
• Build and improve a databank of key market indicators and competitor insights

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting and operational roles
• Experience with top-tier consulting firms and/or industry giants in Energy/Industrial sectors
• Ability to work with C-level executives and lead complex initiatives
• Strong leadership presence and influencing skills in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
