Role: Specialist, Creative Designer

Business Unit: Yield Solution

Location: Mumbai (Malad)

We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Ads/Creative Designer who can produce high-converting ads (images and short-form videos) for Meta and native ad platforms such as Taboola/Outbrain. Come work with us if you bring your own ideas and creativity to the table, with a strong understanding of what drives performance in ads.

Responsibilities:

Design static images & motion graphics

Design ad variations based on multiple categories, angles, and performance feedback

Create short video ads (515 seconds) with hooks that capture attention

Interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into impactful visual stories tailored to the target audience

Work closely with the media buyer and campaign managers to iterate and improve winning creatives based on results

Ensure all creatives are compliant, visually appealing, and delivered within timelines

Maintain and organize creative libraries, design files, and project assets

Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and best practices

Maintain clean design, strong hierarchy, and mobile-first layouts

Requirements:

Proven track record designing static and motion digital advertisements, with specific emphasis on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

12 years of experience working in an advertising/digital creative agency

Ability to generate your own creative ideas from a given page or keywords

Experience with performance advertising preferred

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) & Knowledge of AI Tools (such Higgs field, ChatGPT, Sora, Gemini) a big plus.
