Job Summary

We are hiring a Platform Creative Designer to own our platform's visual ecosystem end-toend. This role combines strong hands-on Photoshop execution with AI-powered creative

workflows to deliver fast, high-quality, scalable platform creatives. This is a design-first role

where AI is used as an accelerator not a replacement for design fundamentals. The

designer will own most platform visual needs and help reduce day-to-day agency

dependency.

Key Responsibilities

Design platform creatives including thumbnails, banners, widget icons, and platform

marketing assets

Convert briefs into effective platform visuals

Maintain visual consistency across formats and use cases

Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, and variations

Refine AI outputs manually using Adobe Photoshop

Create multiple creative variations quickly for testing

Own creative quality end-to-end

Collaborate with agencies by creating briefs, reviewing outputs, and closing deliveries

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop

AI-first design mindset

Platform-led design understanding

Experience with performance creatives

Strong visual composition, layout, and hierarchy

Comfortable using AI tools for creative production

Ability to convert rough ideas into clean visuals

Execution and ownership mindset

25 years of graphic design experience

Experience designing posters, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives

AI-curious and already experimenting with tools

Fast, structured, execution-oriented

Comfortable owning output, not just task
