Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and project teams to develop architectural concepts and project solutions.
• Prepare drawings, models, and documentation across all project phases including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and code reviews to support project development.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions regarding project progress.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects or manage components of larger projects.
• Assist with permitting, approvals, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Support business development initiatives by leveraging architectural expertise to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Maintain effective documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
