Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for Special Educators, Physiotherapists, Media Assistants, and Gymnastics Coaches. As part of a multidisciplinary team, responsibilities will include providing individualized support, teaching and assisting children with special needs, facilitating effective communication strategies, and implementing specialized programs. Each role is aimed at contributing to the holistic development of the children attending the center.

Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge in Special Education, Disabilities, and working with children requiring additional support.
  • Skills in Teaching, particularly at the Middle School level, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams effectively and empathetically.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Physiotherapy, Special Education, or other related fields are beneficial.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children in a developmental and inclusive environment.
  • Experience or interest in gymnastics training is a plus for Gymnastics Coach candidates.
