Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at Atlas Chiropractic & Wellness Kasturi Nagar Clinic, located in Bengaluru. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Meet with new patients, perform intake procedures including a detailed history;

Perform posture screening;

Examine, assess and treat various musculoskeletal conditions according to scope and skill;

Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients;

Ability to convert patients onto treatment plans and/or rehabilitation programmes;

Communicate & coordinate with Chiropractors co-treating patient to ensure a consistent level of care;

Exercise independent judgement based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations;

Evaluate and report on patients progress;

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for each patient that is assessed and treated;

Participate in all Atlas activities, whether internally or externally organized.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy

Must have a minimum of one year work experience

Experience in Paediatrics, Gynaecology and Obstetrics is highly advantageous Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent therapeutic knowledge and skills

Ability to confidently use various physiotherapy treatment modalities

Ability to follow instructions diligently

Knowledge and experience in strengthening, conditioning and rehabilitation

Must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

Strong ethical code of medical practice

Ability to abide by Atlas rules and regulations

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in medical software to record patient details

Remuneration

A base salary of 25-35k CTC per month plus revenue-based incentives. This salary is dependent on candidates experience and skillset.
