We are looking for a qualified and experienced Special Educator to support students with Special Educational Needs within a structured, inclusive school environment.

The Role

This role involves identifying, assessing, and supporting students with Special Educational Needs across grade levels, working closely with class teachers, parents, and the school's academic team to ensure appropriate interventions are in place and consistently followed through.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students with learning and developmental needs and develop individualised education plans in collaboration with class teachers and parents
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions — individual and small group — tailored to each student's specific requirements
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt interventions based on observed outcomes
• Work closely with the academic team to support inclusive classroom practices and build teacher capacity around SEN
• Communicate regularly with parents on student progress, strategies, and next steps
• Contribute to the school's broader efforts to create an equitable and supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. or B.A. with a specialisation relevant to child development or psychology
• B.Ed. (Special Education) in any recognised disability area, or a Diploma in Special Education from a recognised institution
• RCI Registration is desirable
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience working with Special Educational Needs in a school setting
