Join Baxter as a Spec, HR Operations and work at the forefront of HR transformation. The role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. You will lead an HR Operations function supporting over 400 employees. Our dedication to advancing healthcare delivery starts with our people. Key Accountabilities
Lead the HR operations for Baxter Gurgaon location for Commercial and Shared Service Center. Run a high-performing HR Operations function that will better serve 400 + employees.
Manage employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, payroll, and exit procedures.
Handle administrative tasks related to new hires and the offboarding process.
Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate MICP and ACR payouts.
Coordinate benefits such as group medical insurance, group personal accident and life insurance, and social security benefits.
Conduct internal and external audits related to HR operations, ensuring that any necessary corrective actions are implemented.
Compliance and Audit
Ensure adherence to all relevant HR-related laws and regulations, including labor laws and social security benefits.
Support BHR in ongoing HR employee relations matters.
Maintain strict adherence to tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with other departments like finance, legal, and IT to ensure flawless HR operations.
Manage HR vendors, ensuring world-class service delivery in areas such as meal cards, NPS, and car leases.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
At least 6-9 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4 years in an HR Operations role.
Strong knowledge of all HR fields, particularly labor laws.
