Job Summary
we are seeking an experienced HR Talent Specialist to support growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of hands-on experience across core talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, preferably within the Finance domain. This role will play a key part in driving effective hiring, seamless onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for core roles, with a strong preference for experience hiring within the Finance/Financial Services domain.
- Act as a Core Talent Specialist, handling sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and closures.
- Drive and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience and compliance with HR processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / Talent Specialist roles.
- Must be a MBA - HR qualified
- Strong experience in core recruitment, preferably within the Finance or Financial Services domain.
- Hands-on exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and MIS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
