About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DX Systems, Chillers, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC spare parts market.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage warranty claims and handle customer feedback efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to support sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Build strong client relationships and work proactively to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Background:- 25 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with at least 2 years in Chiller Spare Parts sales.
- Prior experience in reputed HVAC companies will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications.
