About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DX Systems, Chillers, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Required Thoroughly Knowledge of Air-Conditioning Spare Parts etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC spare parts market.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage warranty claims and handle customer feedback efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to support sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
• Build strong client relationships and work proactively to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Background:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with at least 2 years in HVAC Spare Parts sales.
• Prior experience in reputed HVAC companies will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications.
