Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist position located in Bengaluru. The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including facials and body therapies, to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. Additional responsibilities include providing personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments, maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service to all guests. The therapist will also adhere to health and hygiene standards while working collaboratively with the spa team to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in various Spa Treatments, including facials, massages, and body therapies.
• Proficiency in Cosmetology and skills in providing pedicure services.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and client care.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards within a spa setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a relaxing, personalized guest experience.
• Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a luxury or high-end spa is an advantage.
• Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards.
