Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru is for a Beauty Therapist. The Beauty Therapist will perform a variety of cosmetology treatments, including skin care procedures and laser hair removal. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing high-quality hair removal services, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their experience. Additionally, the Beauty Therapist will advise clients on skin health and recommend suitable treatment plans to match their needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetology and proficiency in performing skin care treatments
• Expertise in hair removal, including laser hair removal techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to guide clients in selecting appropriate services
• Professional certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols in a clinical or spa environment
