Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and the upkeep of service standards. Responsibilities include team management, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, employee hiring and training, overseeing inventory and product usage, and maintaining the salon's profitability by achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cosmetology and Hair Care to oversee and guide high-quality service delivery
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and staff
- Experience with team management, including Hiring and mentoring salon staff
- Ability to manage operations effectively and meet financial and operational targets
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in salon management or a related field is highly desirable
