Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mahabaleshwar as spa manager The spa manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing budgets, implementing training programs, and driving sales. Responsibilities also include coordinating with staff to maintain a high standard of service, developing strategies to enhance the spa's offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of all services provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic candidate with strong Spa Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Training
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Relevant experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus
• Should have worked as an Asst. spa manager or spa manager in a 5-star luxury property.
