Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and managing the spa team, developing strategies to enhance guest experiences, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the spa's standards are upheld. The role will also require staying up-to-date with the latest trends in skin care and wellness services.
Qualifications
- Experience in Spa Management and overseeing operations to maintain service excellence
- Strong focus on Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge and expertise in Skin Care and wellness practices
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and achieve business goals collaboratively
- Prior experience in hospitality and wellness management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
