This is a full-time on-site position based in Bhopal for a South Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in authentic South Indian cuisine. The position includes preparing and presenting high-quality South Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, managing food inventory, and ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance. The role also involves supervising kitchen staff, contributing to menu development, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.

• Strong kitchen management skills, including supervising staff and coordinating food preparation.
• Understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management.
