Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - B&K, located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales in the building and kitchen sector, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying market opportunities. This role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the marketing team, and enhancing the company's presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and achieving Sales Targets
- Knowledge of the building and kitchen sector, Market Analysis, and identifying market opportunities
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Coordination with Marketing Teams, and Enhancing Market Presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Experience in the ceramics or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
