Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Bengaluru. The Sous Chef will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, contributing to menu development, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative menu items that reflect the essence of Indian cuisine.

Qualifications
  • Strong culinary skills in Indian cuisine techniques and flavors
  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory management and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Teamwork, leadership, and excellent communication skills
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
  • Relevant certifications in culinary arts or professional chef training are a plus
