Job Summary

Calibration of standalone instruments, Inventory management, maintenance of portable instruments and preventive maintenance of QC laboratory instruments and coordinating with Service engineers for the breakdown of instruments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily verification/Calibration of pH Meter, Conductivity Meter,Milli-Q water and Balances for ARPL-QC/CSL Lab.
  • Calibration activity of Instruments as per schedule for ARPL-QC/CSL Lab.
  • Maintenance activity of hibernated instruments in ARPL-QC and other laboratories (Commercial Stability laboratory).
  • Follow Compliance of cGLP in Quality Control Laboratory.
  • In co-ordination with the service engineer ensuring smooth function of all laboratory instruments.
  • Updation of calibration schedule/ preventive Maintenace schedule as well as instruments calibration label for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Maintenance of Portable instruments and co-ordination with engineer team for schedule calibration activity for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Coordinating with Service engineers for the breakdown of instrument for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Coordinating with Service engineers for the Preventive maintenance activity of instrument for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Inventory Management (Chemical Location updation, Chemical and Standard inward to LIMS, Inventory Disposal, Standard Vial Filling, Expiry Chemical/Standard/SST removal activity) for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • To ensure timely completion of AMC activities and Qualification activities related to instruments for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Coordinating with CSVC department for the validations for the computers systems for ARPL-QC/ CSL Lab.
  • Perform all work in support of our Corporate Values and Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
  • Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Head of the DepartmentDesignee.
  • Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

    • Minimum MSc/BPharm or any equivalent degree.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Effective command over verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
    • Command on Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel).
    • Able to prioritize the tasks.
    • Best in effective planning of work activities to meet the time lines.
