About the Role

Workday is looking for a highly motivated and efficient Express Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in our Source-to-Pay process. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of low-to-medium dollar sourcing projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will leverage your expertise in contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment to drive savings and mitigate potential risks while adhering to established processes and category strategies. About You

• Execute sourcing projects in alignment with category-level strategies and established processes for low to medium dollar sourcing projects

• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests, primarily low-to-medium dollar value, often with standardized procedures

• Support the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions

• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, service level agreements, and other key commercial and legal terms to maximize savings and achieve defined goals

• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential supplier-related risks

• Execute low-complexity RFQs and quick bids to identify the best-value suppliers

• Prioritize the utilization of preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible

• Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for project completion and efficiency

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in procurement systems
