This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sourcing Manager specializing in mechanical or production engineering. The Sourcing Manager will manage vendor relationships, lead procurement of mechanical and production materials, and strategize to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing. Key responsibilities also include supplier assessments, cost analysis, and global market assessments to support decision-making and enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

• Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and supplier negotiations
• Proficiency in mechanical or production engineering and knowledge of materials or manufacturing processes
• Analytical skills for cost analysis, forecasting, and market research
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams
• Proficiency in digital tools, software, and supply chain management systems
• Prior experience in a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in global markets or international suppliers is an advantage
