- Work as a Sales Manager Channel Sourcing managing and expanding real estate channel partner relationships .
- Identify and onboard channel partners / developers as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client handling and partner relationships to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, management) to achieve partner objectives.
- Drive B2C sales through channel partners and ensure target achievement.
- Manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Lead joint planning with partners to achieve sales targets and business milestones .
Expertise Qualifications
- Experience in real estate , developer sales or interior designing company.
- Strong background in sales, B2C sales, and channel sales .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills .
- Ability to build partnerships and manage end-to-end sales activities .
- Target-driven mindset with strong relationship management skills .
