Role Description

As a Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager at Treat Hotels & Resorts, you will be integral in building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. You will actively engage in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the brand at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate contracts, resolve client concerns, and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • Hospitality and Event Sales: Familiarity with destination wedding planning, MICE event organization, and leisure and corporate travel sales is preferred.
  • Market Awareness and Analysis: Understanding of hospitality trends, local markets, and key competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Planning and Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Other Beneficial Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; prior experience in upscale hospitality or luxury hotels is an advantage; proficiency in CRM software tools; a positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
