Key Responsibilities
- Develop, onboard, and manage channel partners across entire Ahmedabad
- Drive consistent lead generation through CP networks for assigned real estate mandates
- Coordinate with closing/site sales teams to ensure smooth conversion from sourcing to closure
- Maintain strong partner relationships by managing expectations, payouts, and ongoing engagement
- Track sourcing performance, pipeline health, and conversions on a regular basis
- Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Required Skills Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate sourcing and CP-driven sales
- Proven ability to drive leads from sourcing to closure through effective coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partner and client discussions
