Job Summary:
Relation Realtech, a leading brand in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for Channel Sales Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners, and achieving the company's sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the real estate industry. Should have worked in Mandate firm. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and channel sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings. o Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
