Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and strengthen our channel partner network, gather market insights, track competitor rates, facilitate site visits, and support our sales efforts across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow our network of real estate channel partners in the assigned region.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to understand which projects they work on and their current activity levels.
Research and gather competitor pricing per sq. ft. and market trends to inform sales strategy and positioning.
Facilitate site visits for partners and potential clients, coordinating with internal sales and operations teams.
Share timely market intelligence reports including competitor offerings, pricing schemes, partner performance, and opportunities.
Drive partner activation and engagement initiatives to increase lead generation and conversion.
Represent the company professionally in the field and support sales through insights and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, and performance metrics, and report to leadership on progress against objectives.
Qualification
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 25 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partnerships, business development, or related functions.
Proven track record of engaging and managing channel partners or brokers in the real estate industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitor pricing in local real estate markets.
Ability to work independently in the field and travel within the assigned area.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred (for field visits).
