Job Title: Senior Engineer – CRM Analytics (Salesforce) (Multiple Positions/Multiple levels)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Engineer – CRM Analytics (Salesforce) with strong expertise in Salesforce data, analytics, and reporting to drive actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The role focuses on building scalable analytics solutions, optimizing CRM data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM analytics solutions leveraging Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Build advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics using Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical models and insights.
- Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and recipes in CRM Analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Salesforce objects and integrations.
- Analyze sales pipeline, forecasting, customer behavior, and campaign performance metrics.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce data architecture, performance tuning, and security.
- Support integrations with external data sources (ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on CRM analytics solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and advanced analytics (trend analysis, predictive insights).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in CRM analytics or Salesforce reporting solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
- CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud data models
- Proficiency in SOQL, Salesforce object relationships, and data structures.
- Experience with data visualization, KPIs, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data preparation tools.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting models, and AI-driven insights.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
