Roles & Responsibilities
- Shape what Hello December sells and how it looks in the world.
- Plan and build collections that feel curated, not cluttered.
- Find great vendors, onboard them and build strong partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, timelines and MOQs like a pro.
- Lead private label product development from idea to shelf.
- Own costing, margins and product-level commercial thinking.
- Work with styling, design and sales teams to launch products.
- Track performance and refine assortments based on real data.
Must Have
- Experience in sourcing or merchandising for home or lifestyle brands.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of costing, pricing and product development.
- Ability to juggle taste and commercials together.
Good to Have
- Exposure to private label or export-focused brands.
- Knowledge of global dcor and home trends.
- Experience working directly with artisans and manufacturers.
