Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner engagement and generate sales leads for Sugee Developers projects in Karjat. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales management, and broker network development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, IPCs, and brokers.
- Drive lead generation through CP sourcing for Karjat projects.
- Conduct regular CP meets, site visits, and project presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal sales team for closures and follow-ups.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.
- Track and report sourcing pipeline, lead conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at channel partner activation.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Karjat micro-market.
Candidate Requirements:
- 47 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
- Prior experience handling residential, villa, plotted, or second-home projects preferred.
- Strong broker network in Mumbai / Central suburbs / Karjat belt is an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to Karjat site as required.
