Job Title: Manager – Channel Partner Sourcing & Activation (Dubai Real Estate)

Location: India (with frequent travel) / Dubai coordination

Role Objective:

To build, activate, and scale the Indian Channel Partner (CP) network for Dubai real estate projects by organizing large CP meets, driving sustained engagement, and delivering consistent sourcing and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Sourcing & Activation

• Identify, onboard, and activate Indian real estate brokers and CPs for Dubai projects

• Build and manage a high-performing CP ecosystem across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities

• Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty

Large CP Meets & Roadshows

• Plan and execute large-scale CP meets (50–300+ brokers), city-wise roadshows, and networking events

• Manage end-to-end event execution: venue finalization, invitations, presentations, branding, and follow-ups

• Present Dubai project offerings, investment propositions, and sales structures to CPs

Business Sourcing & Closures

• Drive lead generation and deal sourcing through CPs

• Ensure CPs are actively pushing live inventory and priority projects

• Coordinate with Dubai sales teams to convert CP leads into site visits and closures

Training & Enablement

• Conduct regular CP training sessions on:

• Dubai market overview

• Project USPs, pricing, and payment plans

• Investor eligibility, documentation, and process flow

• Keep CPs updated on inventory status, offers, and developer policies

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track CP-wise performance, sourcing numbers, and closures

• Maintain structured MIS for CP engagement, events, and revenues

• Share weekly/monthly reports with management on activation effectiveness

Candidate Profile:

• 6–12 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or CP management

• Strong exposure to Dubai real estate sales or international property sales (mandatory)

• Proven experience in conducting large broker/CP meets

• Existing network of Indian real estate brokers is a strong advantage

• Willingness to travel extensively across Indian cities
