Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Sonipat, Haryana, India, for a Sourcing and Sales professional. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and products, building and managing supplier relationships, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement. Additionally, the role involves identifying new market opportunities, actively engaging with clients to drive sales, and meeting revenue targets. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-efficiency
• Recruiting skills to identify and build relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach
• Prior experience in sales and sourcing roles, with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

PQE- 0 to 1 year ( Freshers are also Welcome)

Salary - 15,000 per month.
