As a Solutions Engineer at SpotDraft, you will partner with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. You'll lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solutions, and ensure prospects and customers fully understand the value SpotDraft brings to their contracting workflows.
What You'll Do
- Pre-Sales Enablement: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solutioning, and customized product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's specific needs.
- Solution Crafting: Understand the prospect's contracting workflows, data structures, and integration requirements to propose effective solutions using SpotDraft's capabilities.
- Demo & Proposal Support: Deliver high-impact demos, build proofs-of-concept, and support responses to RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Product & Use Case Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on CLM best practices and serve as the go-to expert on SpotDraft's product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay prospect and customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape roadmap and feature development.
- Sales Tools & Playbooks: Contribute to the design and iteration of demo environments, sales collateral, and the solutions engineering playbook.
- Post-Sales Handoff: Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a smooth onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, customer success, or similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or LegalTech).
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex technical topics into simple business value.
- Experience working with sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CLM tools, document automation, or legal operations workflows.
