Who we are

Born in 2014, Yoti is a digital identity and biometric technology company that makes it safer for people to prove who they are. The Yoti app was designed with privacy at its core, giving people a secure way to prove their identity and share third-party credentials with organisations and other people.

Today, we have over twenty million app downloads around the world. We've expanded our offering to a suite of business solutions that span identity verification, age verification and estimation, e-signing, AI anti-spoofing technologies and we continue to think of innovative new offerings.

From day one, we've been working to fix an outdated identity system. This is not a journey we make on our own but with policy advisors, think tanks, researchers, academics, humanitarian bodies, our users and everyday people. Purpose of the Role: Assist with the integration of Yoti solutions by creating structured, impactful engagements with clients. Act as a key trusted relationship contact for integrators, ensuring they have a successful integration experience/proof of concepts and adopt the Yoti services

Role Dimensions: Part of the Client Services department working closely with the Sales, Product, BI (Business Intelligence) and Operations Team. Member of the Solutions team.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and confidently about the Yoti product suite to all stakeholders.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical advice and guidance, ensuring potential customers understand all necessary technical aspects and can successfully integrate with Yoti.
• Present compelling, well-considered solutions to complex technical problems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to external clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal development teams to support feature development based on business requirements.
• Proactively improve skills in technical languages related to web and mobile SDKs.
• Update technical integration guides and API reference documentation for both internal and external audiences.
• Assist in preparing responses to technical and product inquiries during enterprise and government procurement processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Svelte), REST APIs, OAuth and WebSockets.
• Skilled in backend technologies, including microservices architecture, database systems (PostgreSQL/SQLite), and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Proficient in at least two Yoti SDK languages (Node, PHP, Java, Python, C#, or Go); comfortable with mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
• Strong understanding of software architecture methodologies and a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience supporting and troubleshooting software issues.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
• Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills; collaborative and eager to share knowledge.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Interview Process

Stage 1 - Call with a Talent acquisition Team member (30 minutes)

Stage 2 - Call with Head of Solutions (45 minutes)

Stage 3 - Activity/Exercise - 1 week timeline

Stage 4 - Final call with Head of Solutions and Director of Client Services (60 minutes)
